Have you heard enough about the benefits of Mindfulness to convince you to try it? This class is the perfect introduction for you! Mindfulness for Beginners is a 4-week workshop covering the basic elements of mindfulness meditation in a relaxed and no-pressure environment.
Participants can expect short instructive talks, group discussion and interactive mindfulness activities, including guided meditations. Each week a different aspect of the four foundations of mindfulness will be covered and you will be given practical ways to incorporate them into your daily life.
